From the clay oven, the culinary masters at Cafe Uno have painstakingly crafted Khudraa Seekh (Fresh Seasonal Vegetable minced with Spices and Herbs), Sarsonwali Broccoli (a unique combination of mustard and tender stem broccoli),Meve-Maave ki Seekh (an exotic mélange of cottage cheese and dry fruits), Burrah Aattishi (succulent lamb chops cooked  with Indian spices and herbs in a clay oven), Gilafi Seekh (Slow Roasted Lamb Mince Skewer with Traditional Spices in a Clay Oven), Angoori Bhatti Ka Murgh (Red wine and Indian spice marinated chicken morsels, cooked in a clay oven), Nilgiri Meen Tikka (Coriander and Mint Marinated River Sole Charred in a clay oven).
