Even as the aircraft flew in and out of the nearby IGI airport, I enjoyed a fulsome arty brunch at Pullman Aerocity New Delhi.

It’s one of those days when you don’t feel like doing anything but pampering yourself—Sunday! Well one super Sunday, I reached the plush Pullman in Aerocity and enjoyed a round of the extensive brunch as a young painter sat with a canvas, creating something new.
The hotel has an organic garden and the vegetables find their way into the kitchens of Pluck and Pling. From there the delectable dishes find their way onto our plates. The spread of this brunch is extensive with cuisines from across the world served at different counters.
Much akin to a lavish pinic, there is a choice from a farm-to-table salad bar and European, Asian and Indian buffets. Along with this are some drinks made only for one Sunday which are worth a try. On my Sunday visit, I enjoyed Banshu Bel, Peppery Grape and Refreshing Granny. And my vote goes for Peppery Grape! Definitely a must drink cocktail if you ever get a chance.
Well, besides the Kashmiri Wazwan on offer, I opted for a salad made of all fresh veggies. And then tried the figs and fruits, Falsi, Kanji, and some freshly grilled seafood, cooked right in front of us, as per our specifications. And going with its are multiple sauces and condiments.
And you can enjoy meats of different kinds such as duck, along with breads, soup, pasta and more. For those who like desserts, it’s the place to try any kind of sweet any time. There is vast choice from pastries, doughnuts to traditional Indian sweets.
And the best part is that there’s music and art. As young artists, under the umbrella of Art Tree, paint, good music envelops you. So, every Sunday, you can literally paint your soul in every colour under the sun with art, music and good food.
