The buffet at the Café at Hyatt Regency Delhi recently added more greens and juicy fruity dishes. The buffet is akin to the traditional chappan bhog with choice of global cuisine. You can make your own salad with the different condiments on offer. And try the different variety of cheese and down it all with fresh juices. And the main course had all the traditional Indian cuisine, well cooked and with enough variety to tempt you to overeat.

What I enjoyed: the salads, the watermelon juice, the chicken curry and the soup!
