Light interiors and easy to sit in chairs, A Grill Company offers a chance to dine at affordable prices. The restaurant offers buffet for lunch and dinner and it comes at a nominal price. The attractive parts are the molecular trolleys and live grills on the tables. You get a chance to see the molecular spinach chaat being prepared. Another different dish is the nachos chaat. It’s quite a free flow of liquid nitrogen and among the mocktails one enjoys the traditional ‘banta’ in many flavours. It’s all done in-house, the bottling and flavouring. The buffet is a mix of Indian and Chinese fare and would please most palates.

The restaurant plans to hold special fares for festivals and we got to taste the one for navratras. This has a special price of Rs 280 per person. And this was a yum meal with kuttu kee puri, really well-cooked aloo-paneer sabzi, special khichdi. There were sabudana papads, banana chips and the kaddu ka halwa was to die for. There was sugar free sabudana kheer too. And then fruit yogurt and fresh fruits. The food was well cooked, light and fresh. The puri crisp and the sabzi had the home-cooked flavour.
