Taking the movie experience to another level, PVR and L’Opéra, the Delhi-based French patisserie, now offer some delectable desserts at Salon de Thé. Located on the third floor of Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj, Delhi, the Salon has quintessential French seating, lots of charm and snacks and desserts. The Salon is modelled on the many Salon De Thes in France. The furniture has been sourced from a well-known design house in France, and lighting fixtures from antique stores in the famous Paris flea market.

The Salon was opened by H.E. Alexandre Ziegler, Ambassador of France to India. And there was a special screening of the movie ‘The Hundred Foot Journey’, which connects India and France over food. To quote from the movie, “food is connected with memories” and that’s what you can create for yourself here. Champagne and savouries did the rounds until all landed in the special audi where popcorn and drinks awaited.

This is L’Opéra’s 14th outlet in Delhi-NCR. PVR Director’s Cut is known for changing the level of food and entertainment in the country. It began with ‘Simply Sushi’ which redefined the food experience while watching the movie, went on to ‘The Den’ which is a members-only wine and jazz lounge, ‘Popcorn Bar’ which offers an unparalleled proprietary selection of sweets and gourmet popcorn, and now L’Opéra – Salon de Thé by PVR.
