Everyone loves a gift. And handcrafted items have a special place in homes and hearts alike
In a country as diverse as India, it’s difficult to go shopping for exquisite handcrafted products. And then we find an online platform that supports artisans, offers us a variety of products and more important, it’s not heavy on the pocket. There is a range for everyone and anyone. And all this from the comfort of your home, no additional expense needed.

Started in 2012, ExclusiveLane is an online craft brand and its vision is to promote Indian handicrafts globally and help small artisans based in different parts of India earn a living out of it. Its mission is to reach more and more people in the international arena and give a wider exposure to these rural crafts that are so unique to India.
The website has different sections and that makes the search a tad bit easier for everyone. With this home décor website giving your home a makeover is a fun affair and you can also find the perfect gift for a special friend or occasion.
There are items in all materials—ceramic, wooden, metal, terracotta. And then there are collections too, should you look for some symmetry in your dining area and décor. The interesting thing is that the site has collections based on Nature motifs such as the Gajra collection, Farmyard Sunrise 2 and more. From organizers, plates, cups, to hangings and now daris aka rugs too, the variety is pretty wide. From vibrant colours to muted tones, there are many attarctvie items listed on the site.

We found ourselves a mango wood lamp with a jute shade, priced at INR 1,475. The product specifications are given, so you do get an idea about the size of the product. The packet is properly packed and we got the lamp in two boxes—one had the stand and the other the shade, nicely wrapped in bubble wrap. And we liked the lamp quality—it’s properly crafted and no issues in electric points at all.
The check out process is simple and you navigate easily through tabs. There is an exchange facility also available. You can pay online and get free shipping through India. Cash on Delivery is also there but it has shipping charges. As promised, the product reached us in 48 hours.

I love handmade products for gifting the most but the sad part is that majority of the recipient either dont understand its value or keep it as if like a good for nothing items. But still I m I’m love with such products
